These terms govern your access to and use of Famlic.com. By creating an account, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement to create an account or launch a fundraising campaign.

2. Fundraiser Responsibility

Fundraisers are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information shared in their campaigns. Any misrepresentation may result in the campaign being taken down and the user account being reported to the appropriate regulatory authorities.

3. Account Security

Each user is responsible for keeping their account credentials confidential. Famlic will not be responsible for financial losses resulting from compromised user accounts.

4. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use Famlic for any illegal purpose
• Engage in fraudulent fundraising
• Post false or misleading content
• Attempt to hack or disrupt platform operations

5. Monitoring and Enforcement

Famlic reserves the right to review, flag, suspend, or remove any account or fundraiser suspected of violating these terms. Fraudulent activity will be reported to SEC, EFCC, or any applicable law enforcement body.

6. Termination

Famlic may suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time for violations of these terms, fraud, or security breaches.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
